There are absolutely no hidden fees with Balantech's QUICKSupport Service. The total that you will pay each month is $18 plus tax. No Setup Fees, No Administration Fees, No system Access Fees.

Yes! Balantech works hard to build relationships with industry leading vendors to provide you with quality products. All computer, computer parts and accessories may be purchased through Balantech. Call us at 416-363-1015 for a quote

We do our best to be an all in on solution for our customers. Balantech can repair Hard Ware issues on a Per Case basis. Please contact our support team to find out how we can help you

YES! All your peripheral devices are support through Balantech's QUICKSupport Service. Provided that you are beside your computer that is registerd to our service, we can assist you with question and problems on your printers, tables and peripheral devices.

YES! All software problems will be supported. Our Technical Support Analysts will answers any questions you have, from how to perform a specific function to resolving an issue with software.

Currently Balantech does not have financing options on hardware or software. This is however something Balantech would like to offer in the future. Keep up to date with our products and services by signing up for our newsletter.

There are certain problems that cannot be repaird over the phone like a malfunctioning monitor, or a crashed hard drive. Book an appointment with a Balantech On-Site Agent, who will come to you to resolve the issue.
